Research On The Problems, Causes And Countermeasures Of First-year Students' Entrance Adaptation

The first grade students are the initial stage for children to enter school and Experience school life.It is also an important period for children to learn scientific knowledge and communicate with each other.Freshmen's adaptation is related to further learning attitudes and practices.Therefore,if they are not guided and ignore their situation during this time,they will become rebellious or even weary of learning,which will affect their subsequent learning and communication.This paper base on F primary school as an example,through observation,questionnaires and interviews,study the first grades students of primary school for a month and a half.From the aspect of learning adaptation and social adaptation,investigating students,some teachers and parents and then analyzing the current situation,of primary adaptation.Through statistical analysis and data analysis of the classroom observation,summarizes the study difficulties in the process including students' attention;students' learning habits should be improved;independence and self-care ability is poor;the rules consciousness is weak;student psychological problems are extreme in interpersonal communication;the collective consciousness of students should be improved.Through the following analysis of the problems arising from the adaptation of the first grade students.First,the physical and mental characteristics of the students,the knowledge reserve of the students and the relationship between the students before and after enrolment have an influence on the adaptation of the students.Secondly,F primary school did not take effective measures to connect young children;safety management measures were not in place,there were some deviations in the concept of teachers' kindergarten cohesion;teachers' management style and classroom teaching ability were relatively single.Finally,the students' family structure affects students' admission,parents pay too much attention to students' learning adaptation;parents have wrong role position to teachers.This theis believes that we should start from three aspects to get admission in order to improve freshmen's ability to adapt.their are children,students and students' families.To overcome the obstacles for students to adapt to school,to ensure the students entry into primary school,and build foundation for future school life.
