Speeding up the process of urbanization makes a large number of rural p eople into the city. Due to the lack of high quality preschool education and be unable to enjoy the same equal quality of compulsory education like the local children, the education of migrant children has become a topic of concern. In order to improve the ability of migrant children to adapt to the school, the parents and kindergarten entrance preparation needs further improvement. So, this study will be carrying out following two problems: What are the characteristics of entrance adaptation for migrant children, what are the similarities and differences for local children and migrant children in the entrance to grade school? What are the reasons for the different level of admission to the first grade children, and how do these factors affect the admission of migrant children?To explore the research problem, the author selected An'ning District of Lanzhou city on the first grade 215 public school children, including 114 children from migrant children, 101 children from the local school. In order to deeply understand the situation of how the first grade migrant children adapting to the school, the author uses the “Teacher-student rating scale” and “parents' participation in children School readiness questionnaire” to collect the information; the observation method was used to collect the real behaviors in the classroom; the interview was employed to collect information about influence factors.The research results show that: first, the overall adaptation of the first grade children is in the medium level, and it is the most difficult to adapt to the difficulty of the behavior control. Migrant children and local children in the entrance adaptation does not exist significant differences in behavior control. Task orientation and self representation ability of adaptation level is relatively low. The difference between them is mainly about task orientation, self representation ability and peer social ability. The higher level of parental involvement in children's enrollment, the better the status of migrant children's admission. The Public kindergarten is more conducive to children's admission to adapt. Primary school K and primary school Y are better to children's admission to adapt to the situation.From the results of the study, kindergartens, parents and primary schools should also improve the current entrance preparation work. Preschool teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of children's learning quality; at the end of the class carry out activities which aimed at the entrance preparation; kindergarten should spread parents oriented universal scientific parenting knowledge, intensify teacher and parents cooperation; public kindergarten should actively recruit migrant children, give them more care and care. Parents should actively participate in young children convergence activities, improve the quality of participation in language and cognitive activities; increase the interaction between parents and children, improve family relations; try to create a quiet learning environment for the children and cultivate children's attention; communicate with teachers actively to understand the characteristics and rules of children's learning and development, grasp the correct education ideas and methods. Primary school teachers should strengthen contact with the kindergarten teachers to understand the nature of children's learning characteristics and kindergarten education; understand the characteristics of children's “childhood” correctly and wait for the child growth; should change the recruit students way, and reduce the academic burden on children; schools also should use parents form parents to popularize scientific parenting knowledge.
