In recent years, with the rapid development of the social and economic, the improvement demand of high-level personnel and the exacerbate of international competition to every career, the percentage of supply and demand of graduates in higher-learning institutions is descend gradually. the employment pressure of the entire community is growing constantly ,the employment problem of College Student has become the highly concerned social problems. the major of ethnic Traditional Sports as the national characteristics ,more needing to face the test of limited social needs, employment issues such as ways to test a single, forms of employment is not optimistic. This paper analysis that the Employment Situation through in the investigation of graduates of the major of Ethnic Traditional Sports of institutions of higher education in Henan Province .it hope that provide a reasonable theoretical guidance to the major of ethnic Traditional Sports in Higher-Learning institutions in Henan Province In this paper, the previous graduates of the major of Ethnic Traditional Sports of institutions of higher education in Henan Province as the studies target. It used to the literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics and so on to investigate the condition of their employment.Through the survey found that: Enrollment is not obvious ,decline in employment; most of graduates in primary and secondary education, and most in county; they are in physical education fundamental, it not ask to the professional applications; the basic element wages in the 1001-2000, this is the characteristics; it is the main channel of graduates employment that introduced to participate in graduate recruitment and to access to employment information; by themselves, their parents arranged, relatives and friends to help graduates for employment is the main way. The employment intentions survey that: Graduates work area positioned level city and county more cities, rural areas are less; acceptable minimum monthly wages up in 2001-2500 dollars.Analysis think that: the main factors of influence employ of the major of ethnic Traditional Sports of institutions of higher education in Henan Province include that: social factors, school factors, individual factors and so on. national policies, social needs,the popularity of wushu status and other sports such as professional enrollment are the major factors; the main factors of affecting the employment of school graduates are that: the degree of the courses optimize ,the school's reputation and teacher structure etc; employability, employment concepts and technical skills, family conditions, their expectations on employment are the main factors of individual factors.It point to the job market of our country for the requirement of graduates of the major of ethnic Traditional Sports in Higher-Learning institutions at present, we should start with the following aspects :change the concept of employment, to enhance the coach of education and employment, improve business awareness; improve the employment information system, expand the channels of employment; improve the major of ethnic Traditional Sports training system ;strengthening job market management, to improve the employment environment for students; enhance the employability of students, to create practical talents etc; to further enhance the employability of the major of thnic traditional sports, settling a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the major of ethnic traditional.
