Chinese martial arts, has a long history, profound, five thousand years of Chinese civilization. It is an important component. As a secondary school physical education in the martial arts,it is the only secondary school textbooks into the national traditional sport. Martial arts as China's cultural legacy. Therefore, it is necessary for China's young people to learn it. Martial arts students hard-working, carry forward the national spirit, has a tradition of Chinese culture to other sports such as irreplaceable role. With the upcoming reform of physical education, in particular, it has been asked on the actual situation in Henan Province, other than the campus to promote the waltz, it is better to promote Shaolin kung fu. Henan is a village for a martial arts. Martial arts in Henan have a good mass base; Waltz less susceptible to all the young people loved; martial arts to better physical fitness. Well, for Middle School Physical Education in Nanyang City, how to implement the martial arts in Henan Province? What is the problem? How to deal with and solve these problems? This investigation and study, would be beneficial to Nanyang City in Henan Province for the Wushu teaching reform, and will also benefit young people's health and martial arts activities.At present, the martial arts education is facing enormous challenges: high school students quality education should be strengthened, the eighth of education reforms should be proposed, how to solve the martial arts inheritance in PE class, popularize, promote and innovation needed to solve the problem. In this paper, Nanyang City Martial Arts School teaching is served as the research object. By using of the method of literature method, survey method, observation, interviews, statistics law research methods, teaching martial arts to the status of Nanyang City Middle School conducted a survey analysis, analysis of the martial arts teaching in Nanyang Middle School popularity, promote and carry out influencing factors, to explore and put forward countermeasures.Through the survey, the current special martial arts school in Nanyang City high school physical education teacher shortages, teaching staff can not keep up. Students are eager to learn martial arts, but only a limited time; equipment and facilities can not satisfy the needs of martial arts teaching materials need to amend the supplement. Most of the students did not study pre-school martial arts, martial arts-based self-less. Nanyang City, Henan Province, Middle School Physical Education teacher training and exchange of fewer opportunities.Through analysis, we can see that there are factors restricting the development of martial arts teaching in Nanyang City Middle School.These are: (1) Nanyang City's own factors, secondary school teachers; (2) secondary factors; (3) martial arts own characteristics, the reasons for teaching materials; (4) high school students to learn martial arts content and Universities Physical Education graduates to learn martial arts content of contradictions; (5) The increasing number of students in a weak foundation classes; (6) educational materials development and construction is lagging behind; (7) the low quality of martial arts talent. Accordingly, the following approach: implement the "Sports and health "curricula, promoting quality education; to create personalized school culture; students according to physiological and psychological characteristics to carry out martial arts training; mass transfer technology; the preparation of students for psychological and physiological characteristics of the martial arts teaching materials; updating the concept of martial arts teaching; through the network to learn ; increase the intensity of martial arts teaching materials; to increase college enrollment of university students related to martial arts professional issues; the rational use of space and equipment.In short, this article is about the impact of Nanyang City, Henan Province Wushu school teaching development of the important factors in improving the presentation of a number of indicative proposals, hoping for government departments to develop relevant guidelines, policies and measures. This paper aims to provide a reference for Nanyang City Middle School to promote the development of teaching martial arts.
