Abstract:objective:for xuzhou through six county in the rural areas of junior high school development condition of research, analysis of the influence the development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the factors, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve. This paper adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, SWOT analysis method and so on many kinds of methods. The content of research include1) school sports team of teachers in the basic situation such as teachers’ age, record of formal schooling, special and martial arts cognition;2) students’ learning motivation, interest, martial arts to martial arts knowledge and learning taekwondo;3) martial arts in xuzhou area and the popularity of martial arts teaching content, and use of the teaching material, location equipment, etc. The results of the study show that:the primary school of martial arts course in bad, big break and extracurricular activities in martial arts content rarely, and few teachers and students to watch in martial arts organization games; Martial arts teachers than smaller columns, the teacher special quality drop more and more, in young and middle-aged give priority to, can be competent for teaching work; The teacher education are mostly bachelor degree, have learned to ball games and track and field special class Lord; Xuzhou countryside junior middle school students in martial arts awareness of decline, but learning motivation and a strong interest in martial arts; Students are mostly through the film and television works to understand the martial arts, hard to avoid suffering some special effect, generation and the gap of reality sense; The school teaching field is not fixed, sports martial arts equipment also lack, utilization rate is very low.Then put forward some corresponding countermeasures:1) teaching content:write with local features embodied martial arts teaching material, make the martial arts research; Textbooks should emphasize’ content, cultivating national spirit; The "martial lesson", and other course tied for;2) organization management:improve teachers’ training system, improve the martial arts teachers’ quality, strengthen the construction of teachers; To DuanWeiZhi body-building exercises and martial arts as the breakthrough substantially and promote martial arts to enter the school; Strengthening planning extracurricular martial arts interest class, give play to the role of folk boxer;3) policy direction:in "the great wushu view", under the guidance of the school leader by management to a service and organizers role change; To increase the martial arts education investment funds, perfect the martial arts teaching equipment.
