Along with the rapid development of modern information technology, the status of information technology courses is gradually strengthened, and its importance is also gradually recognized by massive people, and there's a lot of attention been attached onto the information technology education. As middle school students are the ridges of our country in the future, and also the majority of the new cast member of the network users, it is urgently necessary to cultivate their information literacy and information competence. The ministry of education has paid high attention to cultivate the information literacy of junior high school students, in the"guidelines of information technology courses in middle school (for trial implementation)", it has a detailed and specific rule for the information literacy of students in junior secondary education. However, the instruction of the contemporary information technology is still abide by the conventional approach.In junior high school students' information literacy education, the cultivation of students'information literacy still stay at a lower level of the information knowledge's instruction and the education of information skill, but it is inadequate in the aspect of information consciousness, information ethic and information competence which is the core of information literacy.In this research, the class 1, class 5 and class 6 of the first grade in guangxi guilin junior high school are taken as the research objects, and this study has raised seven activity strategies to probe into the fact that how activity strategy has enhanced the information literacy of students in the information technology courses through the implementing of this activity strategy in their information technology courses, and takes a contrast argument with the effect of the improvement of the information literacy. This research is mainly divided into several parts as follows:1, through literature analysis base on the requirement of modern information technology courses and the information literacy cultivation of modern middle school classes, to demonstrate the practicability of cultivating the information literacy of students through classroom activities, and sort out theories which is required for cultivating students'information literacy through designed strategy in classroom activities such as activity theory, constructivism, and elaborated about the information literacy, meanwhile, based on the information literacy classification of the domestic information scholar Ke ping, it has divided the information literacy into four categories: namely the information consciousness and sentiment, the information ethic and moral, the information technology knowledge and the information technology competence. and according to the"guidelines of information technology courses in middle school (for trial implementation)", it list out the information literacy and connotation the middle school students should possess, and at the same time, it also presented the methods and the purposes of this research. 2 in reference of the previous research and based on the content of information literacy education in f middle school and the rule in the"guidelines of information technology courses in middle school (for trial implementation)", it drew up"the evaluation form of information literacy"as the evaluation standard of information literacy in this research. Through questionnaires and interviews, to understand and research and analysis the information literacy status in No.1 Guilin middle school. The early stage of students' information literacy condition has provided the reference to the formulation and implementation of the classroom activity strategy of information technology. The questionnaire is for students, including the application condition of students in four aspects: nformation consciousness, information ethics and moral, information knowledge and information competence.3 to advance the design of classroom activities strategy for information technology, the research has parallel the activity theory elements with the classroom activity strategy of information technology together, and in line with this correspondence and system chart of activity theory it put forward the system chart of information technology classroom activity, thereby determined the process of activity strategy design of information technology.4, implement the classroom activities strategy of information technology. This study has designed seven activity strategies according to classroom learning contents and the requirement of information literacy: discussion, role-playing, games, debates, task-driving, problem solving, group cooperation and competition in groups, the main idea of classroom activities strategy, is that, in the information technology classroom activities, in the interaction of various of learning environment and learning groups, students will construct their IT knowledge, and grasps the corresponding operation skill, cultivate a good information literacy and give themselves a all-round development. According to these strategies, this research take practice in the information technology courses in No.1 middle school in guilin, it has analyzed the actualized cases specific to every activity strategy, and analyzed how the strategy promote the students' information literacy.5 contrast the questionnaire of students' information literacy in anaphase and prophase, and drawn the conclusion of this research. For demonstrating the effectiveness of the activities and strategies, in the survey it distributed a highly consistent questionnaire of information literacy in accordance with the early stage in the late stage, and contrast the questionnaire in these two stages, to demonstrate the changes happened in the students'information literacy resulting from the classroom activities in information technology courses, and draw the conclusion of the implementation of activity strategy: the strategy that to cultivate the student information literacy in information technology class activities is feasible and effective.6 to introspect about the information technology in classroom activities, namely, according to the practical problem which appears in information technology class, and it has provided an important reference to the modification and improvement of the information technology classroom activity strategy.
