The Investigation Analysis On Physical Education Teachers In Private Colleges And Universities In Hebei Province

Education is the base of development of science and technology and personnel training, and play a leading role in the society construction. The revitalization of the nation's hope is education, the revitalization of education'hope is teachers. Teachers are an important part of teaching, are the organizer and leader of teaching and are the important effectiveness factor of teaching. In the teaching process, teachers are the most important responsibility to produce the best teaching results by using various teaching methods, regulating and controlling the various variables in teaching. Like other teachers, PE teachers are important members of the teachers, Shoulders the important responsibility of training personnel. PE teachers are the backbone and core of the physical education teaching and are the main implementer and organizers of school physical education. "The People's Republic of China Private Education Promotion Law" promulgated to implement and promote the rapid development of private universities, have a good team of teachers, education reform, the development of the fundamental guarantee for sustainable and healthy development of private universities is the fundamental guarantee. Status of physical education teachers determine the quality of school physical education teaching job, how Lai PE teachers and raised the overall quality of teaching and learning environment gradually improve the physical work of a Private College Sports key issues of education policy and school sports Genju basic requirements to work, through the School Sports all aspects of their physical education teachers played the role.Through questionnaires, face to face conversation, 16 private universities in Hebei Province, this paper did a rather comprehensive survey, the results showed that: Firstly,the gender ratio of physical education teachers is unreasonable; physical education teachers are in low academic level; Lack of physical education teachers with high professional titles; part-time teachers accounted for the high side; according to the basic wage and cost of lessons, the treatment of physical education teachers in private colleges are low; Secondly, most physical education teachers in private universities have a variety of technical skills, commitment to the task of teaching more than sports, this is not common phenomenon in the general universities; PE teachers can better grasp the curriculum, and good for physical education activities so that students could have life-long sport ideology; modern teaching methods have not fully applied to the teaching and PE teachers'attention for their theoretical knowledge is not enough; Thirdly, sports equipment and facilities can not meet the physical education; Evaluation of the Physical Education quality is imperfect, do not understand the role and the status of physical education in higher education; Physical education classes capacity are relatively too large, the workload of teachers is too large, the ratio PE teachers and students is not reasonable; Sports courses in private universities are too single; Forthly,some schools do not support scientific research, no research funding, there is no journal network, such as lack of access to good quality and relatively high Repository Papers, scientific research is difficult, the production of physical education teacher's paper is low. Fifthly, school leaders do not attach importance to training and education, PE teachers have little job training opportunities, which can not update the knowledge.The investigation and analysis about PE teachers in Private Colleges and Universities of Hebei Province will become a key issue to construct a reasonable PE teachers group and can improve the physical education activities, improve the teaching quality. Concerned about the PE teachers faculty status of the private universities in Hebei Province, to improve the Physical Education of Hebei Private College, to develop all-round development of students , this is an important part of the private college education.
