In today's society,talents are the core of a country's and a city's economic development.Having talents is competitive,and talents are the guarantee of advanced productive forces and advanced culture.Since ancient times,there have been "the people who have won the hearts of the people,the people who have lost the heart and lost the world".This is the law that has never changed.Shanxi is a large province of coal resources.Shanxi Province has always shown a situation of monopoly.However,after the rectification of coal resources in Shanxi Province in 2012,coal production capacity was excessive,prices fell,and the coal industry was sluggish.Since Shanxi has always focused on the development of heavy industry,the economy is relatively backward after the transition and development,and the private economy is at a disadvantage.Among the top 500 private enterprises in the country in 2018,Shanxi only accounted for 5,ranking 18 th in the country.Compared with the large private economy provinces,Shanxi's private economy still has obvious gaps in terms of total scale,industrial structure,support policies,and entrepreneurial teams.As a result,private enterprises in Shanxi are not competitive in retaining talents.At the same time,Shanxi private enterprises are less attractive to talents than state-owned enterprises.According to the Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2018,the average annual wage of state-owned enterprises in 2017 was 64,958 yuan,while the average annual wage of private enterprises was only 31,745 yuan.The wages of state-owned enterprises were high,and talents naturally flowed to state-owned enterprises.Moreover,people are more inclined to the "iron rice bowl",and the state-owned enterprises work stably and securely,which leads to serious brain drain in private enterprises.This paper summarizes the viewpoints of research talent loss at home and abroad,using literature analysis method,questionnaire method,induction and logic deduction method and empirical analysis method,based on labor transfer theory,push-pull theory,expected income theory and relative economic status change theory,first of all to Shanxi Province The status quo and impact of the brain drain of private enterprises were discussed and analyzed,and then a questionnaire survey was conducted tosurvey the 738 employees of 82 private enterprises as the survey object,and the impact on the basic situation of talents and the brain drain of private enterprises in Shanxi Province.The factors and the turnover intention of talents are investigated in three aspects.The data obtained from the survey are used to analyze the influencing factors of brain drain,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed based on this,hoping to help the development of private enterprises in Shanxi Province.
