| In the history of school education development, the biggest disadvantage is the wrong center of emphasizing the subject study too much, while neglecting the principal part that the students should play, leading to the separation between school education and the society as well as students. Since 1980s, with the development of constructvism and situated cognition psychology, we have been offered the theory basis to find the balance between students, subjects and society. As a result, the Situated-Problem-Based Instruction (SPBI)brings new hope to solve the problems in school education.In 1977, the restoration of the College Entrance Examination made the personnel training system into a healthy orbit. It established the guide of knoeledge value, and the personnel selection became normal. But the phenomenon of middle school students'heavier burdent of school work and undue emphasis on the proportion of students entering schools of a higher level has turned fierce. Middle school education developed into exam-oriented education. Of course, only by a single test, it's really hard to test the students'ability, but on the other hand, the students have to face the College Entrance Examination and try to get a high score before the change of the exam, otherwise, they will lose the chance of being admitted into a college.Based on the research into literature, the article fully analyses the shortages that examination-oriented education system educates the examiners. Take the students in Senior Three as the objects of study, in the chemistry revision for national university entrance examination the SPBI is adopted emphasizing that students are the center, fully exerting students being principle part; emphasizing that situation plays an important role in study; emphasizing that cooperation has a key effect on study; emphasizing that problems are the core of study; emphasizing that various resources are used to sustain study; emphasizing that process assessment and self-estimate affect the development of students and emphasizing that the purpose of the process of study is to complete meaning construction.In the chemistry revision for college entrance examination, adopting the situational problem teaching not only increases the knowledge and technique of students but also receives the development in the aspects of process and method, emotion,attitude and values. So, the comprehensive quality of all the students can be improved, and provide excellent students for advanced education as well as lay the foundation for the students to enter society after their graduation. In this process, teachers'teaching level is also improved and they can move forward in their teaching career.The pattern that the article refers to is a new explore to achieve the target of senior school education.
