The current basic education curriculum reform has entered the implementation stage; The biggest challenge of curriculum reform has brought so than with the challenges of professional development for teachers; Because no matter what kind of courses are required of teachers to implement, in this sense that "Teachers as curriculum," ultimately depends on the success of curriculum reform of teachers.Enhance the professional standards of teachers more to get in-service phase. Teacher in-service phase of the professional growth of its core is to be dealt with complexity and uncertainty of situations the process of practical knowledge, that is, the main elements of teacher professional development is to enhance and enrich the practical knowledge of teachers. A teacher professional development, practical knowledge is growing, from the novice teachers to proficient teachers and then to the process of expert teachers. Practical knowledge is the moral character of teachers; teacher professional development is the most fundamental knowledge representation.By combining its own work experience, through literature method, questionnaires, etc,The concept of practical knowledge of teachers conducted a preliminary definition of the high school physics teachers, the status of practical knowledge, research, made some conclusions.In the literature review, based on the combination of existing research results on the high school physics teachers in the composition and source of practical knowledge, has done a theoretical study. Through practice some practical knowledge of high school physics teachers in the composition and origin were investigated.Empirical studies have shown that teachers are the most practical knowledge comes from "their own teaching experience + reflection" (40.9%), followed by "and accompanied by the daily exchange" (29.0%), again, is "an organized program of teaching and research activities "(10.9%). These three practical ways for teachers are an important source of knowledge generation. Therefore, teachers should be strengthened to reflect the classroom and after school, you can log in the form of teaching writing. Daily communication is the most easily carried out. Under normal circumstances, the same subject teachers in an office, at any time on the exchange of teaching experience, practical knowledge is often more easily learned in a relaxed atmosphere. Teaching and research activities, peer interaction is also an important platform for more easily on this platform highlights the collective wisdom, practical knowledge of each other to promote the effective generation.Analyses of the results of the survey are as follows: the physics teacher has seniority longer than the shorter seniority relatively little practical knowledge of teachers, and clearly demonstrated a lack of confidence in dealing with education and teaching issues. With the growth of seniority, teachers, the accumulation of teaching experience, practical knowledge is increasing as an experienced physics teacher in mind to store a lot about education and teaching in problem-solving model in education, teaching can make a quick use of these model.
