With the social development and economic system transformation, sporting events has gradually become a marketable attribute things, as a key component of sports basketball sports events will also be the main force to enter the commercial market, so how to adapt to the modern market building pace, step by step with the economy and various social undertakings coordinated development of the society and to make due contributions to the motherland is our sport learn to face a very urgent issue.In this study the use of literature material law, the expert interview law,comparative analysis, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis, establish a statistical method to Jiangsu Province basketball tournament market exploitation.
