With the development of the Quality Education in University, the Change of the human resource structure, the enhancement of the Students'Self-consciousness and Sense of participation, the Students'Association as the Mass organization the student in University join in, plays an important role in guiding the students to adjust to society, inheriting the college culture, advancing the construction of the Harmony Campus.However, the history of our student organizations is not long and lack of adequate management experience, so there are many questions exist in the constructing and developing of the student organizations, for example the management system is not perfect, associations material security is not yet enough, the activity is lack of creativity, the guiding force is a little weak and so on. For a series of questions reflected in the development of Chinese university students'association in recent years, through a large number of investigation and research, and taking Soochow university students'association as a case making a detailed study and analysis, this paper put forward the following three parts to perfect the countermeasures of the building of college students Association. Firstly, optimize the outside environment of the students'association, for example to strengthen the universities pay more attention to the building of student organizations, to enhance the building of the macro-oriented student organizations; Secondly, strengthen self-construction of student organizations, such as improve and implement internal management systems, enhance the quality of management associations backbone, innovative content and form of community activities, open up the financing channels for community activities, strengthening the guiding role of the instructor; finally, learn from overseas valuable experience in community building, such as Harvard, the University of Sydney in association management.
