College Level Sports Team Ideological And Political Education Research

In 1987, the former State Education Commission issued the "trial on the college recruiting high-level athletes work notice", marks the Chinese construction of university sports teams beginning. In 2005, the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration jointly issued a "Circular on Further Strengthening the Development of High colleges and universities view" recruit high school athletes expanded to 235 colleges and universities; it has pushed the High Level sports team to a new level and has created a new development situation.It is undeniable that university sports teams has made great achievements since it established, but the results can not cover up the increasingly prominent issue, some of which are quite difficult. In this paper, literature research, illustration, comparison study, summarization and other research methods attempt to explore the depth of our current situation of university sports teams, the characteristics of university sports teams, university sports teams ideological and political education problems, analysis of the causes of the problem, as well as high-level sports teams to carry out ideological and political work of the measures, and introduce the incentive structure method to sports teams in the ideological and political education.I have engaged in physical education for 20 years, including the management of sports teams nearly 10 years, through the 2 years learning of political education courses by the theory of knowledge, summarized the experience through the use of the practical work, made me realized that: Strengthen high-level sports teams ideological and political education, is needed for college athletes growing; it is also the protection for sustainable development of the sports team and the protection of built good quality, strong support to improve cohesion.Things are developing and changing. Therefore, in today's rapidly developing society environment, how to combine the university sports teams of the new situation and new problems, how to make the ideological and political work in a more targeted and effective, is the purpose of the research.
