China's high-level basketball team has trained a large number of excellent sports talents for the party and the country over the years,and has made great contributions to competitive sports.Ideological and political education has been a powerful weapon to promote the ideological and moral development of high-level basketball players for a long time.At present,China has entered a new era of development track,the growth environment and education experience of athletes have changed greatly,their ideological and political education is also facing new contradictions,and new methods are needed to deal with problems.It is of great importance and far-reaching significance to carry out the research on the hidden ideological and political education path of high-level basketball players and improve the contents and methods of Ideological and political education of athletes,so as to promote the all-round development of athletes and the construction of high-level basketball cause in China.This research adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and takes four universities in Hubei Province(Central China Normal University,Wuhan University of science and technology,central China University of science and technology,Hubei University of Technology)as the research object to carry out the research on the Recessive Ideological and Political Education path of high-level basketball players.It aims to improve the ideological and moral quality and competitive level of athletes,and provide theoretical research reference for the rapid development of high-level sports in China.The conclusion is as follows:1.High level basketball players have low awareness of implicit ideological and political education as a whole,and lack of professional ideological and political education personnel in the team.The daily ideological and political education mainly comes from the words and deeds of counselors and pure theoretical learning of public political courses,and lack of targeted education,learning and training.The communication between athletes and counselors is few,the types and forms of Ideological and political education theory courses are single,the active participation in Ideological and political education practice activities is low,and the motivation is not obvious.2.The organization and management mode of high-level basketball players is relatively single,in which the instructor and coach almost take charge of most of the organization and management work of sports,and they do not form a good linkage,and lack the mechanism and practice of joint education.A few coaches have rich experience and experience,but they lack the theoretical knowledge reserve of Ideological and political education,lack the attitude of seeking knowledge with the times,and are not competent for the implicit ideological and political education of athletes.3.The all-round and sustainable development of high-level basketball players is guaranteed by relevant mechanism and system but lacks further implementation.Some colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the contradictions between learning and training,training and competition funds,Graduate Employment and other issues of athletes in school,and value guidance and psychological guidance are not in place.In the long run,the timeliness and durability of implicit ideological and political education are not good.4.Some teachers and managers have a weak sense of "cultivating morality and cultivating people",fail to thoroughly implement the educational concept of "three integrity education",pay attention to the instillation of theoretical knowledge and ignore the infiltration of "curriculum ideological and political education" into the athletes' ideal and belief education and value guidance,and pay attention to the improvement of athletes' short-term and fast quality and ability and ignore the gradual attention and continuous tracking.The evaluation system of teaching staff is single and old,which is not conducive to the expression of true feelings and vital needs of athletes.
