Analysis Of The System Factors Of The Sustainable Development Of High Level Sports Team Of Colleges And Universities

China now has sports and education systems to take on the heavy responsibility of cultivating high level talents of competitive sports. And sports team, the representative of sports system, has been our country’s main force of cultivating high level talents of competitive sports. Under the new situation, our country is in the process of deepening the reform of the sports system. Whether high level sports teams can make use of this opportunity to make a magnificent transformation or not is not only related to whether China can realize the transformation from a sports country to a sports power, but also related to whether "China Dream" can be realized at an early date.In this thesis, the development of high-level sports team in Colleges and universities is briefly reviewed by using the method of documentary. With the high level sports teams’ development for three decades, the team qualities and team numbers have increased year by year, while the team levels cannot meet the state of the purpose. A comparative analysis of the high level sports team is carried out. The author in previous studies found that their research mainly focuses on the present situation of high level sports teams in Colleges and universities, restricting factors, countermeasures of development, management system, comparison between China and foreign countries and so on. These factors put forward failed to make the university high level sports team embarked on a sustainable development path. Therefore, the author put forward the institutional factors are control essential factor of the sustainable development of university high level sports team in this hypothesis. If true, it can be not only the role of casting a brick to attract jade for future academic circles, but conducive to the sustainable development of the high level sports teams in Colleges and Universities.This article is divided into four parts:The first, the explanation of the related concepts of system and sports system, and the introduction of the type and the composition of sports system in the world.The second, the review of the development of the whole nation system of competitive sports, and the introduction of the main problems of current whole nation system encountered during development.The third, the comparative analysis of high level sports team and sports team, and the introduction of America university athletic sports’ experience and enlightenment for our countries’ high level sports teams in colleges and universities.The fourth, design of the sports system structure of the future high level sports team, and the introduction of the reform and innovation of China’s sports system.The following conclusions:The first,under the existing sports system, our universities do not have the condition to cultivate the high level competitive sports talented person. It does not make any sense to talk about the development of university athletics sports without the whole nation system.The second, under the existing sports system, the high level sports team in our country wants to realize the sustainable development, the key is to rely on the reform of the sports system to achieve the nationwide system security.The third, the current athletes security system constructions of high level sports teams in Colleges and universities of our country are hardly blank. However, sports’ training is a high risk industry. Construction of the security system of high level athletes in universities and colleges is not only related to the vital interests of high level athletes, but also related to the sustainable development of high level sports teams.The fourth, no matter how China’s sports systems reform, the future of our country sports industry and sports development will become better and better. The government and the social from all walks of life of sports participation, attention and investment will also become more positive, active and rational.
