| Since the proposing of the science and education strategy, education has gained more attention from society, and the demands of teachers from society has became higher and higher. Therefore, effective ways of study provides teachers both the improvements of teaching skills and adaptation to society. Although the research of teachers'professional development is becoming more and more, most of them are about the meaning of teachers'professional development, the influencing factors and progress. Besides, the study of the ways of teachers'professional development is mainly focused on individual development, in ways of"reflection, mutual assistance and guidance". On the other hand, however, in the teaching practice, there are apparently some problems in teachers'learning such as the lack of new study ways, the demanding place of training for teachers, and the disjunction between training and reality. The primary school education shows that the ways of teachers'learning are limited and it seems the only way is off-the-job training. What's worse, the aims, contents and ways of teachers'learning are disjointed with reality, for it lacks of being standing on the real situation. Therefore, the research of the ways of teachers'learning has profound meaning in both theory and practice. Therefore, this research is based on the real needs of primary school education, which aims to advance the primary school teachers'skills. It's also based on a typical primary school and analyzes"the question-driven learning approache on the basis of LDC". The professional research of the approaches of teachers'learning is seldom to see, which means the basic theory of the approaches of teacher's learning is not solid, and let alone the practice in reality. On the basis of this, the paper proposes the effective approaches of teachers'learning, from which the foundation, characteristics and application mode are provided to form the theory basis. The so called"the question-driven learning approaches on the basia of LDC"means that the teachers are under the question-driven, finding the approaches of solving problems and meeting the needs of study through the mode of"defining demands--- forming the study group--- providing study environment--- solving problems---clearing about questions that teachers meet in the process of professional development".Then take a typical school as a main example, through the questionnaires and interviews, the current situation and problems will be unfolded. Afterwards, according to the problems, the effective approaches of teachers'learning will be applied to the target school. One of the aims is to apply an effective approache of teachers'learning to the target school; the second one is to improve teachers'professional skills such as preparing classes. The last is to test whether the effective approache works. The research shows that"the question-driven learning approaches on the basia of LDC"is proposed by the characteristics of primary teachers'learning and professions, and it suits the typical school and is also an effective way of study. On the other hand, it not only based on question-driven, LDC and the continuous study, but also combines research with training; third, it has the profound significance in the development of teachers. |
