A Case Study On The Present Situation About Children’s Approaches To Learning Under The Guidance Ofthe Background

As a new area in the early learning standards of the state, approaches to learning’s value to the development of children gradually becomes a hot topic of scholars at home and abroad to explore.This study is a case study on the present situation about children’s approaches. The research is to evaluate approaches to learning of children by editing the approaches’to learning of children observation evaluation form.It selects 5 kids as research objects who are from a middle class in the Z kindergarten.This study mainly use observation method and interview method. Researcher describes children’s present situation about their approaches to learning performance in different activities, and analyzes their approaches to learning.This paper describes 5 children’s present situation from curiosity and interest,initiative,perseverance and attention, imagination and creativity,reflection and explain these five aspects, showing their approaches to learning level, which is excellent,good,and normal.The children,who possess excellent approaches to learning,have strong curiosity and interest,treat things and activities with high initiative,insist for a long time and focus on them,have strong objective consciousness,try different solutions to deal with problems,and make some explanations for their actions.The good children also have strong curiosity and interest,can simply explain his behaviors, and their initiative,perseverance and attention,problem solving ability are weaker than the excellent children.The normal children show curiosity and interest is superior to other aspects.Besides,they don’t have independent spirit, don’t want to participate in activities and try to solve problems,and give up easier when facing difficulties.They are unable to focus their attention and explain behaviors.In addition,researcher investigates these children’s approaches to learning.Finally,according to children’s approaches to learning, researcher put forward the targeted strategies of cultivating children’s approaches to learning.
