Library reading influences on students of Chinese reading comprehensively.Through a large number of readings, students do not only expand their knowledge, promote the reading comprehension and form reading skills. From another point of view, students in the reading of books can be read with a theme; it also can be in accordance with their own interests and hobbies to choose reading materials, or according to their original levels of the different versions of the same subject choice, so that meets the self-growth psychological needs.Teachers'guiding during library reading may arouse the interests of reading; the effect of the reading atmosphere in library can form the habit of reading books. Students feel happy while reading in the library; it's also good for their growth. So library reading provide the environment of reading, then the designed topic, the reading skills and recommend reading materials. These arouse the interests of reading, enlarge the numbers of reading and develop a reading habit.High-grade primary school students have good basic of literacy, better self-control ability compared with the lower grade, and the length of their attention has also increased. The study of library reading in higher grades in primary schools is easier to sum up experience, to extract the model, easy to promote. But the primary high-grade library Chinese reading is only at the exploratory stage; some teachers have not experienced the promotion of the high-grade library Chinese reading, and do not understand its operational models. So the implementation will give rise to a series of problems.
