On the background of kindergarten-based curriculum development, this course requires kindergartens to change from "Curriculum Management" to "Curriculum Leadership". In addition, not only the principal of the kindergarten should be carried out in the curriculum leadership, kindergarten teachers, who are the heart and soul of curriculum development, must also bear the curriculum leadership role. Not just as passive implementers, the implementation of curriculum in the classroom level.This study uses qualitative methods of case study method, through the literature method, interviews, observation method to collect text data ,to describe and analyze the situation to further study the plight of teachers in curriculum leadership and put forward of recommendations.The basic frameworks of this study are as follows:Part I: Introduction. On the background of teachers'curriculum leadership, this study starts in the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, and then presents research significance of this study as well as research objects and methods.Part II: It describes the status of kindergarten teachers'curriculum leadership in A Kindergarten in detail from the four dimensions: curriculum leadership of the organizational structure, curriculum professional technical leadership, curriculum cultural leadership and the interpersonal leadership.Part III: For an example of A Kindergarten, proposes the troubles faced by teachers in curriculum leadership and the causes of the troubles. The troubles include: the conflict of participation enthusiasm and the lack of professional competence; power and decentralization: the dilemma of teachers'curriculum leadership; work wide range of functions conflict with the lack of time; Good vision conflicts with the lack of external support. The main causes of troubles include: the reasons for teachers themselves; the Kindergarten's level causes and the reasons outside the Kindergarten.Part IV: The strategies of Kindergarten teachers'curriculum leadership in kindergarten-based curriculum development. The following are included: Kindergarten teachers should renovate ideas and adjust roles ; to improve the park environment, improving the abilities of teachers'curriculum leadership; to establish the outside trinity supports, protecting the long-term development of teachers'curriculum leadership.
