As the important node of the rural preschool education system, the town central-kindergarten has a very important role in the all institutions of the whole township. Therefore, the situation of the demonstration and radiation effects which the town central-kindergarten working on the village kindergarten is a noteworthy problem. The curriculum is the important carrier of the school education, it has very important theoretical and practical significance to use the view of curriculum leadership to examine the demonstration and radiation effects of the town central-kindergarten.The case study method is the main method in this study, the object of study is A central-kindergarten and seven village kindergarten of Anji county. There are many methods to explore the status, just like observation, interviews, questionnaires and other research methods.In the presentation of the status, this study summarized the course team and its operating mechanism firstly. Then, it analyzed the specific content and the typical characteristics of the interaction between the town central-kindergarten and village kindergarten:the guidance of professional skills of the course---passing and accepting; the guiding of the culture---serving as an example and following up gradually; the driving of teachers’ professional development---using many measures to advance and participating passive; the improving of public relations---advancing positive and participating partly.This study used the view of curriculum leadership to examine the problems in the instruction process, and discovered that there were many problem,just like these:the awareness of curriculum leadership is very thin; the curriculum vision has not yet formed; the curriculum leadership community has not been established; the supervision and incentive mechanism of the course team is not perfect. Combining the observation and interviews of the leaders and teachers, this article excavated the constraints, just like these: the teachers have not enough time and energy; the awareness of curriculum leadership of instructors is very weak; the course professionalism of instructors needs to be improved; The teaching staff of village is very inadequate; there are many unbalanced aspects between A central-kindergarten and village kindergarten.In order to guide the guidance which the central-kindergarten working on the village kindergarten from curriculum management toward to curriculum leadership. Some suggestions were given in this article. Firstly, innovating the concept, establishing the awareness of curriculum leadership; secondly, trending to profession, enhancing the knowledge of curriculum leadership of A central-kindergarten; thirdly, increasing gradual, promoting the teachers’ professional development of village kindergarten. Then, proposed some targeted recommendations to promote the achieving of curriculum leadership of A central-kindergarten.
