With the implementation of the three-level curriculum management system,the kindergarten director and teachers have more autonomy and choice,at the same time,the role of teacher in curriculum development has become increasingly apparent,and the director in the curriculum development and management of the present curriculum leadership has also been mentioned a new height.The H city curriculum leadership research has been carried out steadily,however,the process of concrete practice heavy "curriculum management" rather than focus on the "curriculum leadership",which because of the traditional curriculum concept or management concept has penetrated into people's deep consciousness or others.Facing with a new round of education reform and the trend of education development in young children,the transformation from "curriculum management" to "curriculum leadership" is an important part of future development.Kindergarten director,as the direct leader in kindergarten,has an important task of leading the kindergarten curriculum development,besides autonomy and choice in the course,so,the kindergarten also has the role of curriculum leadership.But in the context of kindergarten,what is curriculum leadership and what is leadership? What does the course leadership mean for the director? What kind of leadership does the director have to develop? How does the curriculum lead in practice?As the foundation,the researcher practices in the own kindergarten garden,and throughout the garden construction,the director has five aspects involved in the course of leadership: the first is based on this culture of kindergarten garden,coming up with a curriculum idea that “love grows with a child ”.Second,based on the characteristics of children,we negotiate and set goals as acceptable,friendly and caring.The third is to divide teachers into three groups: small class,middle class and large class in order to instruction the love course from love themselves,love their partners and love the natural.The fourth is based on the game of life activities,theme activities,draw the performance activities,activities,holiday to share activities organize loving course and create a loving environment.The fifth is the evaluation of kindergarten-based curriculum.This is carried out from three aspects: the development of children's love ability,the implementation ability of the teacher park and the suitability of the program.Based on the love of education,this paper discusses the leadership process of the curriculum construction of suitability.The whole study discusses and reflects on the three questions,namely,"what is the curriculum leadership required for the construction of this course?" How does the course construction reflect the curriculum leadership of the principal? How to improve the leadership of the school curriculum through the construction of the kindergarten curriculum? Puts forward five aspects that are included in the kindergarten leader curriculum leadership: specialized technical leadership,organization curriculum leadership,teachers curriculum leadership and organizational culture curriculum leadership,public relations and curriculum leadership;analysis the strategy and a effective way of kindergarten curriculum leadership,in order to optimizing the kindergarten's quality and promoting the kindergarten curriculum leadership from "free" to "consciously".
