Rearch On Cultural Construction Of High-quality Kintergarten

In recent years, with the development of the society,the growing demand for high-quality kindergarten become more and more strong. Every kindergarten pursuits for high-quality as their development goals. High-quality kindergarten's culture is a core element of high-quality brand-building,and play an important role in the kindergarthen's sustainable development. I choose four representative kindergartens as study objects in this article,and made a investigation and analysis about the four kindergarten's material cultural construction ,system cultural construction,behavior cultural construction and concept cultural construction by using investigation method,interview method,observation method. Summed up the experience in building high-quality kindergarten culture,found some problems which aroused by lack of theoretical study and practical exploration,and a weak awareness of the overall cultural construction.In reference to a large number of research papers and surveys results,I proposed High-quality kindergarten cultural construction principles and measures.i.e.Attach importance to the overall design,accumulation and transmission of kindergarten culture, raising the cultural function of educating children;Learn the advanced experience from domestic and abroad about the High-quality kindergarten cultural construction;Properly handle the relationship between catching up with the world trend and Carrying forward the traditional culture; Adhere to people-oriented concept of kindergarten cultural construction;Put emphasis on practical activities,and mobilize the teachers'and children's enthusiasm and creative potential; Strengthen the supervision and assessment mechanism of the kindergarten cultural construction.
