Kindergarten teacher in our country has long been among the kindergarten teachers is dominant and kindergarten teacher unbalanced sex ratio,with China's national government for pre-school education seriously,as well as the continuous development of preschool education,some parents and kindergarten are beginning to realize that the role of male teachers in early childhood education development,and began to look forward to have more male teachers in preschool education career.From the perspective of parents and kindergarten managers,this study investigates and studies the current situation of male kindergarten teachers' professional quality expectations.On the premise of convenient sampling,8 kindergartens in BaoDing city were randomly selected,the questionnaire survey and interview were conducted on selected parents and kindergarten managers.After sorting out and analyzing the questionnaire data and interview data,this paper expounds the current situation and reason analysis of their expectation for kindergarten male teachers from the perspective of Kindergarten Parents and kindergarten managers:1.The vast majority of parents and kindergarten managers think that the number of male teachers in kindergarten is relatively small and lacking,the expectation of increasing male teachers in kindergartens and training excellent male teachers is quite strong.2.Most parents and kindergarten management are also satisfied with the work performance of male teachers.They think that male teachers have an important influence on the physical development,personality quality and character development of young children,and have a certain promotion and role model for kindergarten's character and thinking.3.Parents are more expecting male teachers to come from preschool education and have teacher qualification certificate.Kindergarten managers also want male teachers to come from preschool education.However,kindergarten managers are more interested in whether male teachers are willing to engage in preschool education and love it.4.In the evaluation of male teachers,parents and kindergarten managers pay more attention to male teachers' ethics.5.Parents are more looking forward to kindergarten male teachers engaged in special professional teachers(such as physical education teachers,etc.),kindergarten managers are more looking forward to male teachers engaged in special professional teachers(such as physical education teachers,etc.)or both leading classes and being special professional teachers(such as physical education teachers,etc.).The main reasons for this situation are: the influence of traditional concepts,the national government's attention to preschool education,the improvement of children's parents and kindergarten managers' cognitive level of preschool education,and the stimulation of child abuse.Due to the small number of questionnaires issued and recovered by kindergarten managers,the data requirements of the difference analysis can not be met.There is no comparative analysis between kindergarten managers,only the comparative differences between parents' expectations of kindergarten male teachers' professional quality.By comparing parents' data,we find that parents' expectation of male kindergarten teachers is mainly affected by urban and rural areas,public and private,parents' education background and children's gender,among which parents' moral quality of male kindergarten teachers is not affected by other factors,and all parents regard teachers' morality as the primary standard to measure teachers.
