At present, the education for teachers tends to be professional, which indicates that there is a crucial task to train a group of qualified and professional teachers. In addition to systematic knowledge in their own specialty, pedagogy, and psychology, a professional teacher should also be skillful in teaching competence, which is a fundamental quality of teacher and also a important factor of successful teaching process. As a newcomer entering the classroom to teach, promising teacher's teaching skill is the most important, thus it is significant for the promising teacher to be trained before they become real teachers, for which teaching fieldwork offers good opportunities. Form the above, the conclusion that the analysis of promising teachers'teaching competence development in the teaching competence fieldwork is of great value can be drawn. The author aims to the development of physics promising teachers'teaching competence in teaching fieldwork, through analyzing three physics promising teachers in Northeast Normal University with the method of literature review, analysis, interview and observing. In this process, the preparing, planning, committing, and reflecting steps of teaching process are analyzed one by one. The final purpose of this research is to find out the methods to help promising teachers to improve their teaching competence in teaching fieldwork. Hopefully, the findings in this research can offer some references for the future research in this field.
