In the current society,teacherís teaching competency is already a kind of personality characteristics of individual comprehensive quality and ability,is an important symbol to distinguish good teachers and mediocre teachers,is necessary for teachers engaged in successful teaching,as well as the topic that researchers pay close attention to and the goal to reach.Rural teachers promote individual teacherís teaching competence is a necessary requirement of the current education situation,the rural teachersí teaching competence determines whether the individual teacher can carry out good teaching,rural teachersí teaching competence embodies the teachersí professional skills and the ability of teachers.This study is based on the competence and the teacherís competence at home and abroad,the rural primary and secondary school teachers in two provinces in China area is as the research objection.The study is to understand the current situation of rural primary and secondary school teachersí teaching competence.Through the Delphi method,we construct the teachersí teaching competency model as well as through the questionnaire survey,we understand the habit of preference of rural primary and secondary school teachers when using QQ.Using interview method,we understand the status of the rural primary and secondary school teachersí competence,I hope to put forward constructive promotion strategy for the promotion of teaching competence of rural primary and secondary school teachers.
