In April 2003, the Ministry of Education issued "the Ordinary High- school Mathematics Curriculum Standard (Experiment)" (hereafter refers to as "New Class Standard "); the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2009 began to implement the new curriculum. The New Class Standard reduces the depth and difficulty of mathematical knowledge, but the breadth of mathematics learning actually obviously expands. The high- school mathematics learning was still take the college entrance examination as the direction, the difficulty of test has not reduced, therefore how to improve the learning efficiency in the new curriculum teaching should be an important task.This paper major research on how to improve the efficiency of high-school mathematics learning, and had a teaching practice. The paper divides into five parts:First, discuss the purpose and meaning of increasing the efficiency of high-school mathematics learning; introducing the topic of the status quo at home and abroad.Second, define the relevant concepts to explain issues related to this learning theory. Third, affecting the efficiency of high-school mathematics learning conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis of the factors.Fourth, in accordance with relevant learning theory and influence the efficiency of high-school mathematics learning to make the following five factors that increase the efficiency of high-school mathematics learning strategy: first, to develop students awareness of the efficiency of the strategy; second, to develop students of non-intelligence factors strategy; article third, to enable students to actively participate in a mathematics learning strategies; fourth, to develop students good study habits in mathematics strategy; fifth, to enable students to form a good strategy for the structure of mathematical cognition.Fifth, carries on under the theory instruction the teaching experimental study.This paper mainly uses the literature synthesis method, the method of inspection, the questionnaire survey procedure to affects enhances the high-school student mathematics learning efficiency factor to conduct the research, and proposed that concrete enhances the high-school student mathematics learning efficiency the strategy, uses the teaching method to conduct the experimental study again in this school, draws the conclusion. Teachers through a rational strategy and measures to guide high-school students to learn mathematics can improve student learning efficiency.
