High efficiency learning is a kind of the science study. The study, which is about the behavior features of the efficient mathematical learning in the high school, will be contribute to improving mathematic learning efficiency. The study will be contributed to learning effectively and development of the student's personal capability. It's helpful to promote the implementation of quality education. And it can be contribute to the study of comparative education in mathematics.This paper draws up to the behavior features of the efficient mathematical learning in the high school. It consists of five parts.1. The significance that research on the behavior features of efficient mathematical learning is very important. Some concepts related to the research can be defined.2. This paper straightens out the correlative literature of this topic, and introduces the research about the behavior of efficient mathematical learning.3. Elaborate the basic theory on the behavior of efficient mathematical leaning, and the influence factor.4. The investigation of the behavior features of the efficient mathematical learning carries out by students, teachers and experts. The behavior features of the efficient mathematical learning can be constructed through theoretical and practical study.5. According to the behavior features of the efficient mathematical learning, the case study will be carried out in this part.In this paper, literature synthesis, observation, questionnaire and interview survey have been used. Through the theoretical analysis and practical study, we have the following conclusions: the mathematics learning efficiency can be improved and the achievements can be heightened by the behaviors changed effectively. Simultaneously, the main features of the efficient mathematical learning behavior from motivation, attitude, will and meta-cognition are: has a good plan to study, arranges the study initiatively; has confidence to study mathematics, do extra exercise initiatively, studies mathematics as soon as possible; persists preparation before the class, understands the knowledge; explores the new knowledge initiatively, communicates with teacher actively, ponders frequently before teacher's explanation; has consciousness of efficiency, completes different mathematic tasks in the prescriptive time; concentrates on listening in the class; pay attention to the relationship between work and rest, can adjust himself promptly; summaries mathematics elementary knowledge after studying; classifies the mathematical question and clears off the solving method promptly.
