Development of education must adapt to the needs of the times, they face the multitude of emerging knowledge, traditional knowledge accumulated based teaching and learning have been unable to cope, the focus of education must shift from the mastery of knowledge to the development of student ability, students independence of learning up. "Teaching students how to learn" has become a characteristic of the times the goals and tasks of education, schools should give students something more important than knowledge --- way to master the method, is to master the law of the people, to grasp the fate of people, such people can better adapt to the times, such people can be in fierce competition.The purpose of teaching is to make students reflect on learning to learn, teachers learn teaching is the development of students and teachers in the development of unity. Therefore, the article to reflect the content of mathematics teaching is divided into aspects. First, teachers guide students to reflect on, and second, teacher self-reflection, and combined with the teaching of these two aspects of the case were discussed, in order to carry out reflective teaching provides the content basis. This thesis aims at teaching high school mathematics problems, build reflective teaching high school mathematics content, teaching practice, reflective teaching from the meaning, process and so on, demonstration of reflective teaching teachers, an important means of problem resolution also promote the professional growth of teachers an effective way. Reflective teaching is a result not only can improve teaching but also to promote the professional development of teachers in effective practice methods. And reflective students ability to learn, to realize the teacher, "learning to teach" and students "learn learning" purposes.
