Content: With the arising of reflective teaching in international society and under the current situation of the nation wide reform in fundamental education curricula, more and more educational researchers are focusing on "reflective practice", "reflective teaching" and "reflective teachers".Reflection teaching is a conduct that requires a teacher to re-consider his teaching behavior continually, to regard his teaching activities and teaching circumstances as his cognitive targets, A teacher is asked to analyse and recognize his teacher conduct and teaching process critically and consciously.It is also the process of combining "Learn how to teach" with "learn how to learn" to promote the rationality of the teaching practice and make the teacher a scholarly teacher. Contrast to traditional way of teaching, reflective teaching has the superiority of full scale rationality, nimble time efficiency and spiral development. It is regarded as an efficient method which benefits teachers and students most. This thesis has a discussion and analysis on how to combine reflective teaching and senior middle school mathematics teaching together organically. The thesis includes six chapters. The first three chapters set forth the contents, main characteristics and the significance of applying mathematics reflective teaching. Teachers reflective wisdom and its formation are also introduced here.The fourth chapter talks about ways of mathematics reflective teaching, which includes the angle of view, the contents, the models and methods of teachers reflection. It is combined with everyday teaching practice. The fifth chapter discusses the strategies of the development of students' mathematics reflective ability.In order to develop reflective learning habits and form good thinking qualities, students are provided with proper circumstance and given the chances to grasp the skills.Through the study and experiment on reflective teaching, the last chapter verifies that it can motivate the students and develop their abilities; It is also one of the important ways of active- development and self-improvement of the teachers.
