Inner Mongolia higher Vocational Counterpart Examinations of Entrance has developed into a larger unified proposition examination from the schools their organizations scattered throughout the region after these years of exploration and adjustment. It had been played an active role for the Inner Mongolia autonomous region higher vocational institutions in the selection and distribution of talent. In general, the Inner Mongolia Higher Vocational Counterpart Chinese Test had been formatted a certain proposition features and characteristic manner. It could rationally design proposition basically around the "secondary vocational schools Chinese teaching program", the incumbent Chinese teaching materials and "examination guidance outline". However, we also must be clear to see, under the background of "vigorously develop vocational education" and the reform of vocational high school Chinese courses, the lacks of examination are also appeared gradually. Therefore,the writer did this study systematically.This paper used the literature method,statistical analysis ,diagram,comparative analysis and experience of summary comprehensively to study the counterpart examination in nearly seven years. The paper analyzed the success and failure of propositions compared and analyzed with the other six provinces and cities of the Chinese examination. We need to learn from each other and explore ways to further enhance the scientific of Inner Mongolia higher vocational Chinese counterpart question proposition. Further more,the writerFull-text was divided into three parts, including introduction, body, and conclusion. Introduction outlined the topics of the concept, background and significance and the contents, methods of the study. Body was divided into three parts. The first part started from the syllabus about teaching and test this two propositions,analyzed the test about nearly seven years from content and form vertically. Part two evaluated the examination questions comprehensively based on the analysis of the previous chapter and summed up the characteristics and problems of the test paper, and analyzed the subjective and objective causes of the problems. Part three horizontally compared the examination questions items of Inner Mongolia with Beijing, Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Sichuan and proposed the referencing significance about form, content and philosophy, and interpreted the spirit of the new program and put forward rationalization proposals for examination reforms. Recommendations included the concept of reform and the content, form and institutional aspects of specific reform measures. This part is the focus of the papers. Conclusion part summarized and re-emphasized the significance of this study.There are many studies about Chinese language tests, especially the study of entrance Chinese examination to college and high school. But the studies of higher vocational counterpart Chinese test are only a handful; so far, there are no studies on Inner Mongolia higher vocational counterpart Chinese test. This paper aims to fill this research gap.
