Non-indicative Teaching was formally proposed by Zheng Yinong and his colleagues in 2000.Its concept is advanced, and consistent with the spirit of the new curriculum. This study aimed to conduct a comprehensive study on Non-indicative Teaching, combined with the theory of operational practice, the result of the whole study was shown as a specific class, it integrated Non-instructions concept, text and learning situation, and constructed the whole teaching process. Facing the Sea,Spring Becomes Warmer was used as the typical practice of Non-indicative teaching in this dissertation to explore the value and applicability of Non-indicative Teaching, which was the focus and key issues to resolve. The goal was to let one example to guide the whole area, optimize the process of Chinese language teaching, and demonstrate a viable model of Chinese language teaching for first-line teachers.The specific content of the article is as follows:Partâ… :Introduction. Based on the documents study of the development and research status of Non-indicative Teaching, it started from the research about the background and motivation, Research methods also were developed in this paper.Partâ…¡:The comparative study of Non-indicative Teaching philosophy. It elaborated the theoretical basis of Non-instructions Teaching, and made a specific comparison of the theoretical basis with Rogers's Student-centered, Non-directive Teaching, constructivism learning theory and postmodern curriculum theory.Then it explored the dialogue theory, group dynamics theory and trial and error theory.At last, Non-directive Teaching ideas was considered under the concept of the new curriculum.Partâ…¢:The analysis of the value of Non-indicative Teaching in teaching practice field. This chapter discussed the Non-indicative Teaching lesson plans forms, introduced and analyzed three teaching cases under the perspectives of Teaching ideas, Teaching Process and After-school reflection.Partâ…£:Teaching practice of Facing the Sea,Spring Becomes Warmer as an example of Non-indicative Teaching. The author explained the thinking of teaching, designed a Non-indicative Teaching lesson plans,and conducted a reflective thinking on the basis of practice and teaching.Then, optimization strategies were suggested in order to improve the teaching model and the theory.Partâ…¤:Conclusion. This chapter is the summary of the whole dissertation. It is also to a reflection on the shortcomings and problems of the research, on which the outlook of follow-up studies was based.In general, this dissertation was a full examination of Zheng Yinong's Non-indicative Teaching, noted that the value of its own, which teachers can actively absorb for their own use. However, this new teaching model is not the magic way to solve all problems of high school Chinese Language teaching,which should be clearly understood.
