With the new curriculum reform in place, the issue of knowledge teaching choice and its importance has become a hot education debate, also significant changes in the preparation of knowledge content in textbooks have taken place. In this paper, from the curriculum standards, it studies the importance of language knowledge for the formation of language literacy. On the basis of a broad understanding, this study gives an overview of intellectual content language textbooks written in the status quo, and then points out the failings and introducts the topic.In the course of the study, this paper first re-examines the language of knowledge, and clarifies it theoretically. Secondly, taking Su Jiao ban high school language textbooks for example, this paper Statist the preparation of knowledge content, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. Finally, considering the Psychological Theory of Education, the study views the principles and methods in the textbook content preparation:for the curriculum designers, they should update their knowledge concept and build the knowledge systems of contents; for textbook writers, first, in the knowledge objectives, generalized knowledge view should exercise control over the three-dimensional targets, taking into account the cognitive and affective goals. Second, when selecting the knowledge content, it should maintain a balance proportionally in number, adapt to the student's level of cognitive development in depth, and consider the student's interest and needs in breadth. Again, in organization of the content, it needs to unify the contents'logical and psychological order well, arrange for advance organizers to communicate with the old and new knowledge and set up stimulus and difficulties to promote active thinking. Finally, in the presentation of knowledge content, we should follow the diversity, situational and response knowledge of the principles of the learning process.
