Classroom teaching is an important part of education. If we can assure the consistency and continuity of teaching, it can not only help children learn and understand knowledge of new teaching phase faster and easier, and it also bestows the ability on them which help them complete more difficult tasks. Futhermore, it can establish a good foundation for the entire transition phase. under the the influence of new curriculum reform, great changes have taken place in the curriculum and teaching practice of kindergarten and primary school. Meanwhile, it also causes many new problems.The study took teachers and children in grade one and elder group in kindergarten in Shanghai as objects. Through observing and interviewing the classes, the research reveals the behaviors of children in grade one in primary school who have bad learning and social adaptation in having class and completing some relevant homework. Futhermore, it compared six Chinese classes in grade one with six language teaching activities of the elder group in kindergarten. It become aware that there are some differences between teachers in kindergarten and primary school. They are different in teaching behaviors, ways to manage class and even the atmosphere:Teachers in kindergarten prepare adequate materials which can benefit children and attract them to take part in the activity, while primary school teachers can't prepare so many materials to attract the children. Teachers in kindergarten adopt a variety of vivacious teaching method, while primary school teachers often use monotonous teaching method. Compared with primary school teachers, kindergarten teachers tend to propose some outgoing problems, they put some emphasis on the effect of interaction between teachers and children. While primary school teachers have more commands and they treat the students strictly, etc.On the basis of this research, some relevant proposals are born to improve the situation. For example, primary schools should prepare adequate materials so that children can join the activities actively. Teachers in primary school should comprehend varieties of teaching methods. They can also attach interesting importance to their classes and reduce some unnecessary commands, they should make efforts to build a harmonious, equal classes management. On the other hand, kindergarten teachers should sufficiently take children's age feature into consideration, and make sure to put teachers' position in a right place. Meanwhile, they can improve the effect of teaching language. They should also pay attention to the behaviors and regulations appropriately in collective teaching activities.
