Music is the basic child care activities, to meet the needs of the children’s physical and mental development, and promote comprehensive development of young children. Collective teaching activities in kindergarten music refers to the class as a unit, the class of children in the teacher’s organization, guidance and support at the same time to feel the beauty, appreciate beauty, experience beauty, beauty to create a process. Teachers should take children’s interest as a benchmark, attention and understanding of children’s autonomy, affective, difference, generation and creativity, child care through their own music behavior perception, emotional experience to carry out singing, rhythm, music appreciation, game and percussion music activities, but also cultivate the children interest in music and hobbies, improve their feeling for music, in the music of the infection can develop children’s aesthetic ability, enrich their aesthetic experience. This study is based on practice, in-depth observation of the music of a collective teaching activities in kindergarten, to understand the quality of kindergarten music collective teaching activities, and provide some suggestions for this collective teaching activities in kindergarten music quality.This research mainly uses the literature method, observation method and interview method, a kindergarten in Changsha City purposefully chose 30 music collective teaching activities as the sample, each sample activities in kindergarten were observed, and in recording and video as auxiliary, the author summarizes the convenient; at the same time, the author also uses "educational evaluation quality Chinese nurseries scale(Trial Edition)(Second Edition)" neutron scale four "collective teaching" score, the conclusion is as follows:(1) the kindergarten music collective teaching activities in the overall situation is good(2) the quality of Kindergarten Collective Teaching Activities of different types of music do not balance(3) no significant difference in different age music quality kindergarten collective teaching activities(4) the kindergarten music collective teaching activities in the basic balance of seven under the project qualityBased on the music of a collective teaching activities in kindergarten quality evaluation, this research is to improve the quality of the kindergarten music collective teaching activity to put forward the following suggestions: to enrich the teaching activities and teaching auxiliary equipment operation material selection of suitable; improve the quality of the music game activities of this weak link, improving the overall quality of kindergarten music collective teaching activities; attention children needs teachers’ activities in the process, and give appropriate challenge; teachers’ collective teaching activities should focus on children’s thinking / skills development; preschool teachers should renew the education idea, and strengthen their own quality, improve their ability.
