With the continuous development of education level in China,preschool education has received more and more attention.The kindergarten should take the game as the basic activity of children,combining the teaching with the game,which can effectively stimulate children's learning motivation.Mathematics is an abstract and logical subject,which should be taught in the way of games,so that children can gain mathematical experience in a relaxed and happy situation.Therefore,this paper takes the game teaching in the collective teaching of mathematics in kindergarten as the starting point.This study focuses on the problems and causes of game teaching in a kindergarten's mathematics teaching activities,and makes some tentative discussions on how to improve the implementation effect.In this study,questionnaire survey,observation,interview and text analysis were used to investigate and interview kindergarten front-line teachers,to understand the concept of game teaching,content sources,game types,the way of verbal interaction,the main factors of choosing game materials and the support of the environment inside and outside the kindergarten in the collective teaching activities of mathematics,and to deepen the front-line classroom.Observing the collective teaching activities of mathematics,specifically analyzing the scientificity of teachers implementation of game teaching content and the suitability of verbal interaction with children,etc.At the same time,using text analysis method to analyze the content of game teaching in kindergarten-based curriculum teaching design of mathematics collective teaching activities in detail.This paper summarizes the practical problems of the game teaching in the collective teaching activities of mathematics in kindergartens at the present stage,and analyses the reasons.It finds that the following problems exist in the game teaching in the kindergartens current mathematics teaching activities:Firstly,teachers lack correct concept of game teaching,and a high proportion of teachers can not carry out it efficiently;Secondly,there are gaps in the selection of content and types of games;Thirdly,teachers show "high control" in game teaching,and verbal interactive guidance is mere formality;fourthly,it is difficult to ensure the quantity and quality of game materials,and the choice tends to be modeled;fifthly,the support strategy in the park is imperfect,and the standard orientation outside the park is biased.According to the above problems,we can find several reasons,that is,teachers lack of experience and ideas,teachers' lack of professional quality,lack of practical and innovative spirit,difficult to guarantee game materials,limited ability to control materials,neglect the process of results,incomplete tracking of problems,and lack of focus on training and upgrading.The author puts forward some suggestions for improvement:Children-centered concept,reflection,adjustment and cyclical rise,scientifically set the content of game teaching,enrich the type of game,flexibly use guidance,stimulate the "surplus value" of game teaching,focus on learning effect,optimize the use strategy of game materials,improve management measures and implement training plans.
