With the rapid Chinese market economy development after reform and opening up, Chinese living standard has constantly raised. The public primary and secondary schools are hard to meet people's needs. People need the higher level, more qualified, the higher start of education organization, but the public schools can't meet the needs in the short period. Therefore, as the private school market expands, the private schools are beginning to spring up.With the development of Chinese private education, in particular the development of private primary and secondary education, problems have come out during the process of school running. The poor learning situation and unstable teaching facilities in private primary and secondary schools have bad effects on teaching quality. The development of private education has a bottleneck. Among the facts leading to the situation, cultural identity of private primary and secondary schools becomes an important reason.The writer utilizes the research style of combining theories and application, selects the four private primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu as samples, deeply investigates the three groups of students, parents and teachers and researches on school cultural identity.Firstly, the paper analyzes the understanding of students, parents and teachers on the general guiding ideology of school running. Secondly, the paper displays school-running orientation and thoughts by investigating the current development situation and future expectations of the students among these three groups. Thirdly, the paper explains the situation of the three groups' school cultural identity and the ways and reasons of selecting sample schools. To grasp the essence of the current construction situation of material culture, systematic culture and management culture, the fourth part expounds the overall level of satisfaction on school running and analyzes the influence of principal leadership style on cultural identity. In accordance with the above analysis, the author insists the school running level displays the group identity difference., the guiding ideology still needs to be further planned and talent training goal need to be further guided, the school culture construction has initial progress, however, the adequate school culture identity needs to be further educated, leadership style of "relationship type" principal is obvious. To strengthen the school culture identity of the three groups, the author suggests that "the school should hatches intensive development", "to lay a solid foundation for students, the comprehensive quality should be emphasized", "speed up the transformation from standard school to featured schools, build school brand", "implement the combination of scientific management and humanistic management."...
