At present,the number of teachers in primary and secondary schools is very large.The professional development of their(her)people is related to the overall healthy and orderly development of education in China.And his or her sense of professional identity plays a vital role in the continued development of their professional competence.Private primary and secondary school teachers only maintain a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm in their work,and they are fully committed to the great cause of teaching and educating people.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey of 417 private primary and secondary school teachers in several regions of Hebei Province,and uses SPSS 22.0 to analyze the overall situation and influencing factors of the professional identity of private primary and middle school teachers in Hebei Province.Six teachers from different schools were selected for interviews,and the current situation of the management of private primary and secondary schools in Hebei Province and the feelings of teachers' work were deeply explored.The following main conclusions are drawn:The overall situation of teachers in private primary and middle schools in Hebei Province is better.Among them,professional emotions,cognitive abilities,and professional skills are good.Teachers can clearly understand and recognize the responsibility of teaching responsibility,guiding responsibilities and ensuring students' safety in their work,and have dedication and love.The recognition of the school's organizational environment,the recognition of the spirit of work and the material reward are weak,although the teachers are very happy with the colleagues,the spiritual level,such as the progress of students,the love of students and the recognition of parents.The level of recognition is good,but the recognition of the return on work material is very low.I think that the work pays more and the reward is very small.The work pressure is high and the work stability is low.The school can not provide enough training and training opportunities for the teachers.The quality of the training is not good.(2)The professional identity of private primary and secondary school teachers in Hebei Province.The overall situation and the values of each dimension are significantly affected by multiple demographic variables,such as gender,teaching age,subjects taught,and graduation from teachers.(3)The most influential factor for the professional identity of private primary and secondary school teachers in Hebei Province comes from the recognition of the school's organizational environment,namely the school's hardware facilities,management system,incentive mechanism,and interpersonal relationship.Based on the above conclusions,referring to Maslow's hierarchy theory and "two-factor" theory,the problems existing in the status quo are attributed,and the promotion strategies are proposed from the national level,the school level,and the individual level of teachers.National level.The state should improve the teacher security supervision system of private schools,formulate specific measurement standards for the classified management of private education,strictly control the admission mechanism of private schools,and play a positive role in guiding private education.School level.Private primary and secondary schools should reform family management according to their own characteristics,reasonably increase teachers' salary and annual salary,improve teachers' participation in school management,formulate reasonable evaluation mechanisms,optimize training channels and training content,and enhance school organizational culture construction.Brand Building.Teacher level.Individual teachers should actively adjust their career orientation and career development goals,understand the school's characteristic culture,strengthen their career ideals,and establish clear development goals for lifelong learning and professional literacy.
