With the deep development of the socialist market economy,the development of private education and private teachers has become more and more vigorous.However,with the emergence of wages,social security,professional belonging,and sense of honor,the issue of professional identity of private teachers has become increasingly prominent.The issue of professional identity of private teachers directly affects the development of our national education and the development of socialist education.Therefore,the research on the professional identity of private teachers is carried out,and the corresponding reasons for the status quo of private teachers' professional identification are found.The feasible suggestions are one of the important topics to stimulate the work activities of private teachers and to revitalize the development of private education.This paper takes the professional identity of teachers in private middle schools as the topic,combines the theoretical knowledge of psychology and sociology,and studies all aspects of the professional identity of private teachers according to the investigation and observation in real life.In-depth investigation of private middle schools,taking psychology as the starting point,focusing on the psychological status and various dimensions of private teachers' professional identity,and analyzing the research countermeasures based on the characteristics of ideological and political education and social perspective.The full text is divided into most of them.The first chapter mainly discusses the background of the research on the professional identity of private teachers,and summarizes the research literature on teachers' professional identity at home and abroad,analyzes the significance and innovation of this research,and introduces the related concepts of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the professional identity psychological component and professional identity dimension of private teachers,and proposes that the psychological components of private teachers' professional identity include occupational cognitive components,occupational emotional components,professional will components and professional behavioral tendencies,that is,informed behavior.Unity.The sixdimensions of teacher professional identity are expounded,namely,professional values,role values,career expectations,professional honor,professional belonging and professional behavior.The third chapter is mainly based on investigation and research.The survey is conducted by private middle school teachers as the research object.The author analyzes the current professional identity of private middle school teachers,and concludes that the current professional identity of private middle school teachers is not high.The overall situation and specific situation of teachers' professional identity are analyzed,and then the problem of professional identity of teachers in private middle schools is studied and its causes professional expectations,a sound social security system is proposed to enhance the sense of gains of private middle school teachers.The specific approach is to promote the reform of the social security system and protect the welfare of private middle school teachers;the school expands financing channels to help balance the income gap between teachers.In the aspect of professional honor,it is proposed to promote the reform of the supply side of education and enhance the sense of honor of the teachers of private middle schools.The specific measures are to focus on the development of connotation,to cultivate modern high-quality schools,to optimize the reward and punishment mechanism,and to create an advanced model team for private teachers.In the aspect of professional private middle school teachers and standardize the school,create a warm and harmonious school organization culture.In terms of professional behavioral orientation,it is proposed to improve the
