Teachers’ professional identity is a teacher in the teaching process through constant reflection, understanding, understanding its meaning and value from the process of teaching. The process is important for developing awareness of teaching situation, perceiving value of the work and giving meaning. In recent decades, teacher education research development undergoing change with the times to update caused the epistemological and methodological, from teachers’ knowledge to the requirements and challenges of the role and social identity, teachers face increasingly difficult. At present, research on a small number of teachers’professional identity, focusing on the various stages of education, professional identity of teachers from different disciplines. Belonging to self-financing, private primary school teachers’ professional identity research independently operated also belong to the blank. Private school teachers the question of identity and recognition of professional features, types of questions, This paper will be given from the theory Angle.Combing through the existing research of teacher professional identity, This study mainly adopts literature method, interview method, and personal life history narrative research.In current private primary school teachers work reality status as the starting point, Through the qualitative research, discussing and analyzing the private primary school teachers’ professional identity. Found that private school teachers generally recognized professional level, mainly in the private primary school teachers’personal, taught private school and social identity of the three dimensions.To solve these problems, in an interview from the present study focuses on the individual teacher, working environment, social recognition of the three aspects of the formation of private school teachers’ professional identity oriented strategy, noting that teachers should actively construct reasonable professional identity of teachers, teachers from the excitation professional identity consciousness, awaken teachers’ professional awareness, training teachers’professional identity feelings, private primary school to form a people-oriented management of teachers and evaluation mechanisms, to create a good campus culture, build teachers’cooperation and exchange platform, the social dimension in policy fairness Private primary school, changing the concept of private primary school community, multifaceted lay the foundation for the practice of internal private primary school teachers effective teaching practice behavior.
