As information technology is widely used in the field of education and the people's reflection for e-learning, blended learning is becoming more and more popular among the majority of the educators of all ages. Blended learning, which is a learning method, gradually turns into a learning idea, a concept and a kind of learning environment in the new era. At the same time, collaborative learning activities are generally adopted by researchers and front-line teachers because of its advantages, such as it is conducive to the development of students'individual thinking abilities, to enhance communication between the students and improve the learning efficiency. However, in the actual teaching process under the blended learning environment, the implement of collaborative learning activities have many troubles, and a little effect, because the content selection and the organization of the group activities are not proper, and because of the lack of effective guidance and management of teachers, classroom learning and e-learning are not effective integrated. This research analyzes the blended learning and collaborative learning research and application of related theories, on the basis of the analysis, proposed three types of collaborative learning activities, concept learning, problem solving and design work, which are suitable for the blended learning environment. It has designed the collaborative learning activities in the blended learning environment, and detailedly designed the process of three types of collaborative learning activities. Finally through the practice of collaborative learning activities in the blended learning environment, it has validated validity of the design.
