Sport is essential for cultivating high quality talents in the new century of education content and methods, and school sports are sports people to learn the most basic one of the ways is to develop "lifetime sports" consciousness of the most important life stage, and overall development of education in the important components. Rural school sports activities directly affect the health of students and the local development of education, but also on the development of rural school sports. So at this stage to strengthen the research on rural school sports, increasing the importance of rural school sports is a sense of the times.This study used survey methods, expert interview methods, documentation methods, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and so on several related investigations and research methods, Zhoukou City current situation of rural secondary school sports research and analysis for the current Zhoukou Rural Secondary School Physical Education The main issues relevant to development, and to improve the Zhoukou status of school sport in rural areas provide some meaningful reference.The results show that:1.Zhoukou rural middle school physical education curriculum implementation and completion of teaching materials are not optimistic about; sports extracurricular activities and short of time, can not achieve the "Ordinance" requirements; most of the schools to carry out the after-school sports training, sports after-school sports training teachers can clear the purpose and meaning.2.Zhoukou rural secondary school physical education physical education teachers are basically the required standards; part of the physical education teachers and professional scientific research is not strong ideological meaning weak. Zhoukou physical education teachers in rural secondary schools in a larger workload and workload of the calculation is not reasonable.3.Zhoukou too few rural schools funding for school sports, sports venues and equipment shortages. Traditional concepts of the Zhoukou the greatest impact on rural schools, people's understanding of the concept of school sports there are some deviations.4.Zhoukou some of the rural secondary schools Physical Education and local policies do not match, the policy is not effectively implemented; increase in physical testing and inspection process of school sports there is fraud phenomenon.Zhoukou rural secondary schools Sports existence of many such problems, leading to physical and mental health can not be a good development of students, to a certain extent, affected the development of education. Solve these problems, this paper puts forward the development of countermeasures: (1).All levels of administration and education sector leadership should be reinforced and Zhoukou rural secondary schools sports values, knowledge and step up publicity efforts to ensure that students are normal activities in time; (2).Zhoukou City to expand physical education teachers in rural secondary schools teams, emphasis on research capacity of PE teachers, establishing proper evaluation mechanism; (3).Zhoukou efforts to increase rural secondary school sports resource management efforts, sports venues and equipment have special staff to care , according to local conditions fully and rationally utilizing the limited resources of school sports. (4).Carefully developed educational system for the current school physical education to implement programs to ensure the smooth conduct of the school physical education.
