Employment Quality Education Of Vocational College Students

Employment is a hot and difficult issue in Chinese society, vocational college students'employment of no exception. How to improve the graduates'quality of employment is issued as a core of Vocational College Education to have graduates employed successfully and sufficiently. The study on employment quality education of vocational college students is conducive for leaders to be aware of the social need and correct their misconception, as well as for students to understand the social changes and self-disparity for the sake of self-improvement. Many achievements have been made by scholars from different angles whilst studies on vocational college students'employment are seldom referred. Standing on the shoulders of the others, the thesis interprets quality and college students'quality, analyzes the problems and causes of employment quality education of vocational college students and explores feasible measures to improve students'employment quality.The thesis consists of four parts as follows:The first part tells the basic concept of quality, vocational college students'quality and employment quality. It is occurred to me that quality is an innate combination of genetic intelligence and acquired knowledge, as well as an integrated and internal expression of physical and psychological characteristics. Vocational college students'quality refers to students'internal, sustainable main characteristics and qualities formed in the process of vocational education, reflecting the comprehensive requirement of students. Vocational college students'employment quality is a peculiar psychology and behavior good for students in the cause of employment, which is also a comprehensive requirement for students'knowledge and capability. Unique employment notion, professional quality, ideological and moral quality, political quality, physical and psychological quality and the entrepreneurial quality comprise employment quality of vocational college students.The second part tells about both the current situation of vocational college students'employment and the problems of employment quality eduacation in vocational college. The analysis states that the problems of vocational college students'employment quality is also prominent in terms of backward employment value, lower learning adaptation, unbalanced knowledge structure, narrow professional quality, thin political idea, lower moral quality, and inferiority, anxiety, psychological cowardice and comparisons in job-hunting.The third part states the problems in employment quality education of vocational college students, as represented by one-sidedness on concept of employment quality education from school and society at all levels; by little awareness of employment quality education; by obsolete method of employment quality education; by imperfectness of employment quality education system. All the problems mainly due to the training target deviation, the problems of teachers and disadvantageous curriculum setting.The forth part discusses possible measures of promoting employment quality education of vocational college students. The thesis believed that the current vocational college students'employment quality education is an improvisation without forming real employment education system that should consist of prospective theoretical study, hieratical definitions and comprehensive use of training. Therefore, measures of promoting employment quality education go to perfect training content including scientific value and view talent, solid professional skills, excellent political quality, unity of knowledge and moral psychology, attention to students employment policy, and adaptable employment guide and positive pioneering works; the construction of teachers; and perfection of education way, which refers to mid-curriculum practice, employment lectures, various students union, dual certificate system, and order-training program. All above is going to push students change their employment perception.
