College students’ employment has been the hot topic in the whole society.With the development of China’s economy and society,the employment rate is no longer the only indicators of college students’ employment situation;people pay more attention to college students’ employment quality.With the advancement of modernization in our country,higher vocational engineering college students have become the backbone of promoting China’s economic and social development.The eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China put forward to achieve a higher quality of all-round social employment,promoting the harmonious development of society.Higher vocational students’ employment quality problems should be the focus of the state,society,schools.At present,how to achieve high quality employment of engineering students is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper studies on employment quality problems and measures of higher vocational college engineering students.It constructs the engineering students’ work quality evaluation index system on the basis of related theory and designs engineering college students’ employment quality questionnaire according to the characteristics of engineering students.This paper using the methods of literature comes to the conclusion that higher vocational engineering students’ employment quality is not high: engineering students in higher vocational colleges have longer working hours,lower wages,less promotion etc.The reasons of this phenomenon are mainly that the engineering students’ own factors,higher vocational colleges employment instruction work is not in place,the government’s macroeconomic regulation and control of the market is not in place,relevant laws and regulations are imperfect and the ways of choosing persons of employment unit are not reasonable.Therefore,this paper proposes to improve the higher vocational college students’ own quality,earnestly implement the employment guidance of college students,strengthen the government’s management and guidance of university students’ employment and establish human-oriented employing standard. |
