Intimate relationship is the resourses of social support and health, it's also the basis of development of other social relationships. Numerous researchers agreeed with the importance of the intimate relationship, most of them abroad began to study the affecting factors on the relationship satisfaction, they attempted to apply some important theories to explain the intimate relationship, such as the social exchange theory, equity theory, attachment theory and problem-solving Models. The equity theory showed that equity, invent and rewards in intimate relationship are important factors affecting the relationship satisfaction.Contrary to the plentiful research achievement abroad, the domestic researchers mainly focus on the marital relationship, such as revising the marital relationship satisfaction scales, studying the factors affecting the relationship satisfaction, and they find some meanful results. However, there are fewer studies on the romantic relationship, especially the empirical research, less of which explore the relation between euity and relationship satisfaction. Therefore, the paper try to study the relation between relationship satisfaction and equity, invent and rewards in romantic relationship between college students. We first summarize the invent and rewards in romantic relationship contain seven details, such as affection, communication and so on. We also apply EFA, CFA and the Reliability and Validity tests to find a four-factor structure, which includes aeection, communication, money and time, and the structure is plain and reasonable, having good data-fitting. Secondly, using the self-designed questionnaire, we study the general characteristics of the invent and rewards in college students, mainly we study the relation between the invent, rewards, equity and relationship satisfaction. Finally, we study the moderating effect of the relationship type on the relation between equity and relationship satisfaction, and to find a moderating effect model.In general, the main results of the study are:1,The invent and rewards in romantic relationship in college students contain four dimensionalities:affection, communication, money and time, and the degree of fitting of the model is high. The hypothesized invent and rewards structure is reasonable.2,The invent, rewards and equity in romantic relationship in college student all have significant effect on the relationship satisfaction, and rewards have the most, invent second, equity the least.3,The equity pattern, the time of love and conflict times each month have significant effect on the relationship satisfaction. The relationship satisfaction in equity group is significantly higher than over-benefit group and under-benefit group, the invent and reward in equity group is significantly higher than over-benefit group, and there are no significant difference between over-benefit group and under-benefit group. The person whose love time is less than 6 months has the least satisfaction than the person whose love time is more than 6 months; The satisfaction of whom have more than 10 conflict times in romantic relationship each month is lower than whom have less than 10 times.4,The effect of invent, reward and equity on relationship satisfaction is different between male and female students, among love time group, and among conflict times group. In special, for male only the effect of reward on relationship satisfaction is significant, but for female all the three factors' effect is significant; Only the effect of reward is significant for the group whose love time is less than 6 months, but all the three factors' effect is significant for the group whose love time is more than 6 months; For the group who have more than 10 conflict times each month only the effect of reward is significant, but for the group who have less than 10 conflict times each month all the three factors' effect is significant. For the communal orientation group, the effect of equity is not significant, but for the exchange orientation group, all the three factors' effect is significant.5,The moderating effect of relationship type on the relation between equity and relationship satisfaction is significant, but the moderating effect on the relation between invent,rewards and relationship satisfaction isn't significant. This means for the person who has exchange orientation, the effect of equity on relationship satisfaction is more significant than the effect for the person who has the communal orientation.6,The moderating effect of relationship type on the relation between equity and relationship satisfaction is different between male and female students, among love time group, and among conflict times group. In special, for female the moderating effect is significant, but no for male; For the group whose love time is more than 6 months the moderating effect is significant, but no for the group whose love time is less than 6 months. For the group who have less than 10 conflict times each month the moderating effect is significant, but no for the group who have more than 10 conflict times.
