With the development of romantic relationships among college students becoming more and more common, many problems caused by love are gradually highlighted.Because of the different growth background, personality characteristics and cognitive style of the two sides in the romantic relationship, conflict problems are common in the process of developing the romantic relationship among college students. If we can use benign methods to solve the conflict problems smoothly,it will not only promote the quality of the romantic relationship, but also have a positive impact on the psychological and social development of both partners. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence mechanism of love efficacy on coping style in the conflict of romantic relationship by studying the conflict of romantic relationship, love efficacy, coping style of college students and the relationship among them, and to seek effective solutions to the conflict of romantic relationship,so as to provide ideas for the management and resolution of the conflict in the romantic relationship of College students. This study establishes the theoretical basis through literature review.265 college students who have been in love were surveyed with the College Students Romantic Relations Conflict Scale,College Students' Love Effectiveness Questionnaire and Conflict Coping Style Questionnaire, and the data were analyzed statistically. It is found that the college students' Romantic Relations Conflict is in the middle degree, their Love Efficacy is on the high side, they also tend to use constructive coping styles.College students who have been in love have slightly lower love efficacy than those who are in love;there are significant gender differences in romantic relationship conflict, love efficacy and coping style among college students;there are significant differences in intensity and destructive coping style among college students of different majors;the constructive coping style and loyalty dimension of only-child is significantly higher than that of non-only-child;the constructive coping style of college students who grew up in urban areas were significantly higher than those of college students who grew up in rural areas. In addition, love efficacy plays a moderating role between romantic conflict and destructive coping styles, and it significantly affects the choice of constructive coping styles. The results of this study show that the improvement of love efficacy can reduce the conflict in college students' romantic relationship, and when the level of conflict is low, high love efficacy can help to increase constructive coping style and reduce destructive coping style. When the level of conflict is high, high love efficacy can help to increase destructive coping style. In addition, this study shows that attention should be paid to the emotional performance of collegestudents who have experienced romantic relationships but regained their single status,in order to prevent students from doubting their abilities due to past love experiences, leading to the decline of their emotional efficacy.Based on the results of the study, the corresponding educational suggestions are put forward: According to the particularity and commonality of students,we should choose appropriate education methods;improve love efficacy from four aspects: personal experience, indirect experience, language persuasion and emotional arousal;and choose appropriate coping styles for different intensity of romantic relationship conflicts,in order to effectively deal with conflict problems.
