Research On Realization Of Education Information Resources Sharing Depending On Community College

In the new situation of advocating lifelong learning and building learning society, the community education is developed and popularized, but lack of community education information resources restricts the development of community education to a certain extent. With the expansion of information, education community information resources sharing research must be put on the agenda, but the present domestic researches about community education resources sharing are not many. This thesis reviews the literatures of domestic and foreign community college and information resource sharing, based on the two angles from theory and practice, this paper discusses the realization the community education information resources sharing depending on community colleges, which provides a new way for realizing education information resources region sharing.This dissertation uses a literature search, questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation method. As for theory, using literature search from the following two aspects:one is to analyze current community education information resources'existing problems, including scarcity of high quality information resource, obvious "information island phenomenon" and resources severity idle phenomenon; two is the literature review on domestic and foreign community college and education information sharing and the summary of experience of education information resources sharing. On this basis, through the case to analyze the feasibility of realizing education information resources sharing depending on community college, for the next model provides practical basis. And then constructs the theoretical model of realizing education information sharing depending on community college. The model involves education providers of information resources, the education information resource management and education information resources'user group three elements. These three elements are explained from the information resources sharing model, namely the diversification of resource providers determines the diversity of the contents of resource, the unique advantage of resource managers decides the universality of service object, differences of resources user group put forward higher request for resource use ways.The core of this research is to build the basic idea and model to realize education information resources sharing depending on the community college. First, to put forward the basic thought of promoting sharing. For example, community college's function of social service, community college's function of resources distribution, information technology's integration function and the concept of lifelong education and resource sharing. Second is the model construction, including "three network in one" to construct information sharing platform, county community college as the resources sharing bridge, integration of education departments of information resource in counties. Finally, the core is the contents of model construction and explanation.This research proposes to construct education information resources sharing based on the community college, explores the theoretical model to realize community education information resources sharing depending on community, for the education information resources sharing provides a new idea and strategy. In practice, the selection of classic case to analyze the feasibility on the community college education realization of information resources sharing, from access to resources, resource service object and resources manifestation form to discuss the benign change after realizing the resource share, further confirms that can rely on community college to realize education community information resources effectively, for education information resources sharing does a preliminary experiment work. Research has theoretical and practical significance, and also has certain prospective.
