Teaching illusion Teaching illusion is a false phenomenon which betrays the teaching truth. It includes subjective-intention and non-subjective-intention in its origin. The existence of teaching illusion has certain fraudulence and confidentiality, which is hard to detect and identify. Moreover, it can bring bad consequences such as teaching waste, lead to bad teaching and learning atmospheres, affect teaching effectiveness and reduce the teaching quality.My research is based on Teaching Methodology, Value Theory, and Education Phenomenon and so on. And I presented the facts in literature method, investigation method, interview survey and method of inspection. Firstly, I elaborated on the necessity of this subject and proposed that the existence of teaching illusion has hindered the implementation of the new curriculum, the teachers'development and the students'growth. As the research on teaching illusion is very rare, I hope more people will pay attention to this subject and some theory facts and fact-judging standards I provide will be useful.Secondly, by analyzing the literature material, questionnaires as well as the interview documents, I classified the teaching illusions according to teaching process, learning process and management process. I also listed the concrete forms. Thirdly, I analyzed the causes of teaching illusions from the internal and external factors affecting the development of education. The external reason is that as the changing of the society, technological doctrine and utilitarianism have attracted people. The restless social mode and the chase after interest inevitably affected schools, teachers and students. The internal reason includes the imperfect teaching system, the lack of teachers'responsibility and teaching consciousness and the outside factors affecting students'learning motivations. Finally, the deviation from the teaching values leads to the teaching illusions. Thus, I put forward several proposals on how to prevent teaching illusions according to the reasons given above. On the one hand, the society should make efforts to create an environment which is good for the students'growth. On the other hand, we need to promote the Reform of Education System, enhance teachers'responsibilities, and improve teachers'teaching ability. At the same time, teachers should set up the student-centered teaching values.With the development of society and technology, people's consciousness of pursuing their own value realization enhanced. Education has become the focus of attention. And people pay more and more attention to the teaching quality. Teaching illusion doesn't conform to the development of society and the need to bring up talents. It doesn't meet the individual's expectation of education, either. I hope my research could draw more attention to education and prevent the cheatings in teaching, help teachers return to teaching truth, focus attention on individual's development and need and lay a good foundation for students'growth.
