The Study On The Relationship Between Positive Illusion,Resilience And Flow State Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Positive illusion refers to a moderate cognitive bias that individuals maintain self-esteem and adapt to the environment by isolating the negative information of self-evaluation,reality control and future events when facing threats and pressures.Resilience refers to the degree of individual psychological tolerance.It plays a positive role in the face of obstacles and difficulties in daily activities,which is conducive to individual persistence in activities and maintaining mental health.Flow State,as a positive psychological experience produced by individuals in activities,is conducive to individual learning,life and mental health.The study used a questionnaire to explore the characteristics of positive illusion and its relationship with flow state and resilience.Using the self-made questionnaire on positive illusion questionnaire for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges,Liu Weina’s DFS-2 and Hu Yuequn and Gan Yiqun’s Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents as research tools,698 Students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Sichuan,Tianjin and Beijing were investigated and analyzed.The results are as follows:（1）The positive illusion of higher vocational students includes unrealistically positive views of the self,control of illusion and unrealistic optimism.（2）The positive illusion of higher vocational students is generally at a high level,and there are significant differences in gender,place of origin,discipline,only child,single parent family,student cadre and emotional state.Among them,the level of positive illusion of boys is higher than that of girls,urban students is higher than that of rural students,engineering students is higher than that of science students,science students are higher than liberal arts students,and only child is higher than that of non independence students Students from single parent families are higher than students from ordinary families,student cadres are higher than non cadres,and middle school students in love are higher than singles.（3）There is a significant positive correlation between Higher Vocational Students’ positive illusion,flow state and resilience.Higher vocational students’ positive illusion has a significant positive predictive effect on flow state and resilience,higher vocational students’ resilience has a significant positive predictive effect on flow state,and higher vocational students’ resilience plays a partial mediating role between positive illusion and flow state.
