In the situation of market economy and the open environment, to strengthen and improve the universities'young teachers'ethics construction is the foundation to guarantee party's educational policy, is the important condition to further strengthens and improves the university students'ideological and political education, is an important energetic power which the university develops.Currently, the mainstream of university young teachers'ethics in Shandong province is good, but there are also some problems need to be paid attention to. For example: the political idea is not strong, the political enthusiasm is not high; The occupation needs clarifying ideally; Teaching students technology but not morals, the ideas of humans'first is light; Thinking highly of scientific research but ignoring the academic morals, the academic morals are not good; The service does not do better and better, lacks of the enterprising spirit; The individualism is serious, the fair consciousness and the team spirit are not strong. There are certain subjective and objective reasons to explain the existence of these negative phenomenon, mainly due to aspects of the society, the university and individual person.This article believed that it demands to determine the humanist guiding principle to strengthen the university young teachers'ethics construction; In the method ,plan Virtue and the Education law as a whole, plan Management and Education as a whole , plan period and the level as a whole ,plan Inheritance and Innovation as a whole. The content should vigorously carry forward the socialist core value system to strengthen the basic ethical of young teachers , beyond that trying to construct and to consummate the teacher specialized ethics standard is also important, enhancing young teachers'professional ethics; Establish scientific, effective, and flexible leader coordinal mechanism, the education and training mechanism, the inspector general in the system to appraise the mechanism and the competition incentive mechanism.
