A teacher is consider as a mentor for college students to pursuit of knowledge, and also act as a guide to provide assistance for college students to establish correct world view, philosophy and moral values. Nowadays, because of the rapid increase in the number of college students, the proportion of young teachers in the school is also growing rapidly. Therefore, strengthening the teachers'morality construction has significant influence on personal growth for young teachers, improvement of quality in college education, implementation of key values of socialism, and long-term development of the high education in China. In the face of this new situation, how to strengthen the teachers' morality construction is an important work for the improvement of teaching quality and level.Based on teachers' ethics, Maslow's need hierarchy theory and the youth ideological and political education theory as the foundation, define the young teachers, professional ethics, and the meaning of teachers' professional ethics, is under the new situation demands of young university teachers should have modern education idea, the innovation of scientific research ability and civilized network concept and the compression resistance of the attitude towards life.. And on this basis, adopts the questionnaire method of identifying markers, ten universities in Nanjing as an example, summarizes the professional ethics of young university teachers better overall health, they stood firm, independent thought, love of education, the pursuit of truth, and the style of democracy, self-discipline, self-improvement, but it also exists some problems that cannot be ignored, mainly include:the ideological and political idea deviation, the self-regulation consciousness is insufficient, teaching consciousness is weak, dedication and enterprising spirit, rigorous doing scholarly research attitude somewhat lacking. Reasons for these problems mainly include:lack of national policy guarantee, complex social environment, and do not pay enough attention to the construction of colleges and universities and the shortage of young teachers own existence.
